Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt/order number/Invoice.

​

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

​

* Item with obvious signs of use

* Packaging, Seal, label, Damaged protective cover, missing capsules, items, or weight difference that has been found or damaged or opened.

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts or manuals for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Returns approved after the policy period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  

Damages and Shortages

Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to NotOn The Beeb within 48 hours of delivery. NOTB will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. Photos must be provided for review of any damaged items.

Exchanges

On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to exchange or return it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Return Shipping

All orders are dispatched direct from the manufacturers.

To return your product please email us to get the correct address.​

The purchaser will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All items should be sent using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. In the event that your item is lost in transit, you will be responsible for recovering its cost.
