The three amino acid precursors needed by the body to make Glutathione are:

2 - Glycine
3 - Cysteine

Glutamate is found in all meats, poultry, fish, eggs, unpasteurized dairy products, undenatured whey protein, and protein-rich plants are dietary sources of glutamate.

Glycine is abundant in high protein foods like fish, meat, beans, nuts and dairy products.

Cysteine is present in all high-protein foods: all meats and poultry, dairy and eggs, quinoa, buckwheat.
Small amounts of cysteine can be found in other plant sources: broccoli, Brussels sprouts, red and yellow bell peppers, onions, garlic.​

However, cysteine is easily destroyed by heat, mechanical stress and cooking.
